Which examinations/tests are required to apply and study in Ireland?

Admission in an Irish university requires international students to undertake English proficiency tests such as International English Language Testing System, commonly known as IELTS, Test of English as a Foreign Language, also known as TOEFL, Pearson Test of English. Each university has particular bandscore requirement for each of these tests; while the required minimum score in IELTS is 6.5 (Internet Based Test),the required minimum score in TOEFL is 100. The required minimum score in Pearson Test of English is 63 and no section less than 59.
