These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Global Flamingos, a study abroad consultancy operated under the website www.globalflamingos.com and owned by Foris Voyage Consultants Private Limited, bearing Corporate Identification Number U85500OD2023PTC044323. By accessing our website, using our services, booking consultations, or making any payments to Global Flamingos, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our services.
Global Flamingos provides services related to study abroad counselling, university selection, admission guidance, application processing, visa assistance, documentation support, education loan guidance, accommodation assistance, and other related consultancy services. We provide guidance and support services; however, we do not guarantee admission to any university, visa approval, scholarship approval, or job placement. Admission decisions are made solely by universities and visa decisions are made by immigration authorities, and Global Flamingos has no control over such decisions.
Students and clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents required for university applications, visa applications, and other services. Global Flamingos shall not be responsible for any rejection, delay, or issue arising due to incorrect information, incomplete documentation, forged documents, or failure to meet university or visa requirements by the applicant. Any consequences arising from submission of incorrect or false information will be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Global Flamingos may charge service fees, consultation fees, application processing fees, or other service-related charges depending on the services opted by the client. All fees once paid are subject to the Refund Policy of the company. Fees paid to universities, embassies, visa authorities, medical test centers, courier services, or other third parties are not controlled by Global Flamingos and are non-refundable unless refunded by the respective institution or authority.
Global Flamingos reserves the right to modify services, service charges, policies, partner universities, and service processes at any time without prior notice. The company also reserves the right to refuse service to any individual in case of misconduct, non-cooperation, document fraud, non-payment of service fees, or inappropriate behaviour with staff members.
All content on the website including text, graphics, logos, documents, and service materials are the intellectual property of Global Flamingos and Foris Voyage Consultants Private Limited. Users are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission from the company.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of services, payments, or agreements shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
